Summer Honey's – our Early, Mid, and Late Summer honey's are gathered by Leigh’s Bees foraging a large organic estate in Norfolk. Depending on the season, nectar sources include Apple, Fava Bean, Phacelia, White Clover, Crimson Clover, Lime Tree, Bramble, and Sweet Chestnut.
